Risk Consent Form
Before you hand your device to us for repair, please read this carefully — it protects you and us alike, not a formality.
⚠️ Possible Risks
- System updates or settings changes may cause compatibility issues with your existing software or peripherals, requiring some features to be readjusted.
- During large-scale file transfers or reorganization, unexpected power loss or network interruption may cause some files to be lost or corrupted.
- Some hardware failures (e.g. motherboard, soldered or built-in components) or firmware write failures cannot be repaired remotely and may require physical service.
✅ Our Commitment
- Any system settings change, file deletion, or file move will always be confirmed with you first — we ask before we act, never the other way around.
- Whether or not the repair ultimately succeeds, our engineer team will do everything in our power to help you through it.
- You agree that our engineer may capture screenshots of your device's current screen during the repair, at their professional discretion, solely to help diagnose the repair — never for any purpose beyond the repair. Screenshots are limited to what's relevant to the repair request, never unrelated content, and every screenshot is permanently deleted immediately after the repair is complete.
- The remote deep-repair connection is never left permanently open: as soon as a repair task ends (whether completed or not), our system proactively disconnects it on our side — you never need to close it manually, and no persistent connection channel is ever left behind, to protect your device's security.
🛡️ Scope of Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure during the repair process (e.g. physical disk failure, interrupted firmware writes, sudden power loss, or network interruption). We commit to helping you understand the situation immediately and providing follow-up recommendations.
