Install FixselF
Download and install for your device (Android / Windows / Mac / Linux)

Open and connect
Open the App → sign in with your member account or Google → "Connected" appears; on first launch, a plain-language walkthrough of 4 setup steps is shown

Press start
Choose "Checkup" or "Repair" — our engineers handle it automatically and you get a report
4-step setup on first launch (Android)
The App will first explain in plain language and proceed only after your consent. You can choose "Later" at each step: ① Turn on Accessibility (Settings → Accessibility → FixselF → Turn on); ② Grant required permissions (Camera, Microphone, Location, Phone, Notifications — please tap "Allow"); ③ Turn on USB debugging (the App will switch it on automatically; the screen will navigate on its own during the process, so please don't operate your phone); ④ Deep channel and wireless debugging (the App will detect your Android version; it turns on automatically for 11 and above, and isn't needed for 10 and below).
